Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at outfits@antigacuratedoutfits.com with your proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Vintage & Second-Hand Condition Policy
All items sold by Antiga Curated Outfits are either pre-owned (second hand) or vintage. As such, pieces may exhibit natural signs of wear, fading, minor blemishes, or other age-related characteristics. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that the condition of your item reflects its pre-owned nature. 


Outfit Box Returns

Outfit Boxes are sold as complete looks and must be returned in full to qualify for a refund. We do not accept partial returns for Outfit Boxes. If any item from the box is missing, damaged, or not returned, no refund will be issued. All items must be unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged (outside of the above mentioned expected minor imperfections the item may have due to age, or imperfections mentioned in the product description) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery or intimate accessories (such as underwear or swimwear) unless they are faulty or not as described.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For Outfit Boxes, all items must still be returned together as a full set to qualify for a refund.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Authenticity & Counterfeit Goods Policy

We are committed to ethical trading and never knowingly sell counterfeit items. All products listed are either vintage or second-hand, and we take reasonable and proactive steps to ensure authenticity, including:

  • Primarily sourcing from a direct, reputable supplier known for quality and integrity.

  • Some items may have been sourced from a wholesaler platform with strong quality control policies and seller verification standards.

  • Personally sourcing select items ourselves from trusted physical locations such as second hand clothing shops, vintage markets, or vetted second-hand suppliers.

  • Carefully inspecting each item before it is offered for sale.

While we cannot individually verify the full background of every item, we take reasonable steps to ensure responsible sourcing. This includes relying on trusted suppliers, using informed judgement, and thoroughly inspecting each piece based on its origin.

Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned fashion, some items may have limited provenance or authentication documentation. We are not authorised brand resellers and cannot guarantee 100% brand verification unless explicitly stated. Where a brand name is used, it refers to the style and branding of the item and is not intended to suggest brand endorsement or official resale rights.

If you believe you have received an item that may not be authentic, please contact us immediately at outfits@antigacuratedoutfits.com. We take all concerns seriously and will investigate promptly. If a product is found to be counterfeit, we will:

  • Issue a full refund upon return of the item

  • Remove the item from sale

  • Review with and, if necessary, discontinue sourcing from the original supplier

If in the unlikely scenario a branded item within an Outfit Box is found to be counterfeit and you wish to keep the remaining items, we will offer a partial refund upon the return of the item. In each of our Outfit Box listings, there is a breakdown of the value of each item. You will be refunded the amount the item is stated as valued at in the listing. This ensures a fair and transparent resolution while allowing you to keep the rest of the look.

We reserve the right to withhold refunds in cases where there is evidence of misuse, false claims, or actions not made in good faith. Each return is assessed individually to ensure fairness for both the customer and our business.

We will never knowingly offer for sale any counterfeit, misrepresented, or deceptive products.
