1) Who we are
“Antiga Curated Outfits” (“we”, “us”) curates and sells vintage & branded clothing. These Terms cover our subscription product, the Monthly Curated Outfits(“Subscription”) and any one-off items supplied within it (“Goods”).
2) What you’re buying (overview)

A monthly box of hand-picked, pre-loved/vintage pieces styled to your preferences.

After you subscribe, we contact you within 24 hours to confirm size, inspiration and any special requests.

Curation is human (not automated) and based on the info you give us.
3) Eligibility & accounts

Keep your sizes, address and payment details accurate in your account.
4) Plans, billing & auto-renewal
-
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew until cancelled.

We charge your saved payment method on the renewal date shown at checkout/in your account.

You can pause/skip/cancel anytime from your account; to avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply on your next renewal.
5) Curation timeline

We reach out within 24 hours of purchase to confirm sizing/preferences.

Typical dispatch: 3–5 working days after we receive your answers. During launches or bank holidays this may be longer - we’ll let you know.
6) Shipping

UK delivery via tracked service. You’ll receive a tracking link.

If you enter an incorrect address, re-delivery costs may apply.
7) Returns & your right to cancel
Keep-All model: pay one price, keep everything; optional return of the order within 14 days:

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be unworn, with our tags/labels attached and in the same condition received.

Email us on: outfits@antigacuratedoutfits.com to request a return label.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt and inspection.

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on underwear/earrings.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or not as described
If an item arrives faulty or we’ve missed a material flaw not listed on your Condition Card, contact us within 30 days with photos. We’ll send a free returns label and issue a refund or replacement once received. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
8) Vintage condition & sizing

All clothing is pre-loved. Light signs of previous wear (e.g., minor fading) may be present; any notable flaws are disclosed in your condition card.

Measurements are taken flat; allow a tolerance of ±1–2 cm.

Please check care labels; we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect washing.
9) Promotions, gifts & credits

Promo codes, referral credits and gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash and may carry expiry dates. Unless stated, promos apply to the first month only and can’t be combined.
10) Payment issues

If a payment fails, we’ll retry and may pause shipping until resolved. We may cancel the Subscription after repeated failures.
11) User content & reviews
-
If you share photos/reviews and tag us, you grant us a royalty-free licence to repost them on our site/socials (we’ll always credit you). Tell us if you’d like us to remove any post.
12) Liability
-
We’re not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that can’t be excluded by law.
13) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We’ll notify subscribers of material changes; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
